A P-plate driver has been reported for drink-driving at Streaky Bay on the weekend.
Police stopped a vehicle on Park Avenue for a roadside breath test just after 8pm on Saturday in which the driver allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.088.
Checks on his licence revealed he was a P2 licence holder.
A 22-year-old man from Streaky Bay was reported for drink-driving and for breaching the conditions of his provisional licence.
He was issued with a six-month instant loss of licence notice and had his vehicle clamped for 28 days.
He will be summoned to appear in the Ceduna Magistrates Court at a later date.
