Police ask for information in search for West Coast family

Police are seeking information from the public, particularly on the Far West Coast to help in the search for a family last seen in Ceduna on Thursday afternoon.

At about 1pm on June 25, 42-year-old Steven Kelly left Ceduna in a white 2003 Nissan Patrol four wheel drive, registration number S162AHK, similar to the one pictured, with his 74-year-old father Phillip Kelly and his 65-year-old mother Desrae Kelly along with his 12-year-old stepdaughter Jezmiyiah Scott and six-year-old niece Zamariah Milera.

Police say the group were believed to be heading to Koonibba, about 40 kilometres northwest of Ceduna, however enquiries revealed they may have been in the Smoky Bay area at about 2.30pm yesterday.

Anyone who has seen the vehicle or the group is urged to call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444.
