A driver holding a provisional licence has lost his licence for a year after being caught drink-driving in Ceduna on the weekend.
Ceduna patrols stopped a vehicle on O'Loughlin Terrace for a random breath test just before 2pm on Saturday, February 22 and the driver returned a positive result of 0.178.
A 20-year-old man from Koonibba was reported for drink-driving and for breaching his provisional licence.
He was issued with a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and his vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
