The Ceduna Golf Club has conducted its match play quarter and semi finals over the past fortnight.
The eight qualifiers paired off for the quarter finals on March 5.
Kieran Warmington defeated Barry Thompson four up with three to go, Andy Partington beat Mick Stewart five and three, Jamie Davies downed Gavin Haynes on a forfeit and Dion Hissey defeated Peter Thompson five and four.
The rest played a stableford competition, with Jimmy Nichols winning on 38 points, ahead of Zell Dodd on a countback.
The semi finals were played a week later, with Warmington successful against Partington four and two, and Davies defeating Hissey three and two.
The final will be played on June 2.
The rest played a stableford, won by Ian McKenzie on 38 points ahead of Peter Thompson on 36 points.
Thompson was nearest the pin on the 12th and 17th holes, with Clinton Wearne closest on the sixth and Warmington on hole 11.
This weekend is the club ambrose championship.
