Last week we were pleased to host a visit by the Governor of South Australia, His Excellency the Honourable Hieu Van Le and his wife Mrs Lan Le to our council district.
The Governor was able to include lunch at Wudinna Bakery, visit Wudinna Area School, Minnipa Agricultural Centre, the Australian Farmer Sculpture and a community reception at the Wudinna Telecentre.
Thank you to the representatives of many of our district’s community groups that were able to attend an enjoyable afternoon with His Excellency and Mrs Lan Le.
Old TV Towers
Do you have old TV towers or similar that are no longer used and may be in poor condition, or you just want the opportunity to have removed?
Council are collecting numbers and names of people who have old high towers who may need crane assistance to remove.
Towers are the property of the landowner, who have responsibility for the maintenance and safety of towers.
If you live in the Wudinna District Council area and would like more information, please contact Council.
