A man has had his licence suspended after being caught drink-driving at Ceduna over the weekend.
Police will allege that just after 5pm on Saturday the driver of a Ford Falcon sedan was stopped by police, with the driver undergoing a breath test.
He returned a positive reading of 0.162.
The 42-year-old Ceduna man was reported for exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol and breaching his provisional licence conditions.
He was issued a twelve-month immediate loss of licence notice and will be summoned to appear in court at a later date.
