A man will face court after he was caught drink driving in Ceduna late last week.
At about 6.15pm on Friday, police stopped a car on the Eyre Highway and breath tested the driver.
The 38-year-old Eyre Peninsula man returned a result of 0.023, however after conducting further checks police found the man was currently disqualified from driving and was not allowed to have any alcohol in his test.
The man was arrested and charged with drink driving and driving while disqualified.
His car was impounded and he was bailed to appear at the Ceduna Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
