Wudinna have created a three-way tussle for the final play-off position following a Mid West netball victory against Elliston on Saturday.
The Magpies came away from what was a must-win match with a thrilling three-goal win as it ended 40-37.
The Roosters remain in fourth position, however they are now just a point clear of both Wudinna and Western Districts with two matches remaining.
Leaders Wirrulla are showing no sign of slowing down despite sowing up top spot as they claimed another victory.
Sitting well clear at the head of the table, the Bombers registered a 13th successive win of the season with a comfortable 53-36 result against Western Districts.
The 17-goal success has the Bombers nine points clear of the chasing pack.
That pack is led by West Coast, who suffered just a third defeat in 2018 as they went down by two goals against Central Eyre.
The Bulldogs confirmed their place in the finals and gave themselves a chance at finishing second with a 51-49 result.
West Coast, who saw a three-match winning streak come to an end, still retain a three-point buffer to Central Eyre.
Wudinna are edging closer to a B grade finals spot after they defeated Elliston 33-26.
The Magpies’ seven-goal win saw them go clear in third place.
Elliston fell out of the top four after Wirrulla beat Western Districts by 33 goals.
The 58-25 result gives Districts little chance of finishing in the top four but leaves Wirrulla well in contention.
Leaders West Coast won the top-of-the-table showdown with Central Eyre by nine goals as it finished 45-36, with the pair already preparing for finals action.
Wudinna will finish second in the C grade after getting the better of Elliston 49-33.
Wirrulla were powerless to stop the Western Districts onslaught as the visitors triumphed 62-32 to maintain their top four aspirations, while West Coast cruised to a 49-25 victory over Central Eyre.
