A man will face court after he was caught over the legal limit in Ceduna last week.
Just before midnight on Thursday, July 5, police spotted a gold Ford travelling on Eyre Highway at Ceduna and stopped the car to conduct a breath test.
The driver, a 54-year-old Ceduna man, allegedly returned a positive result of 0.135.
The man was reported for drink driving and issued an on-the-spot loss of licence for six months.
His car was impounded for 28 days and he will appear at the Ceduna Magistrates Court at a later date.
