Aiden Whitford was the star as Wudinna proved no match for leaders West Coast in A grade Mid West football.
The Hawks triumphed 28-9 (177) to 6-8 (44), with Whitford smashing home 11 goals.
West Coast swept the Magpies aside in the opening term to kick an incredible 12 goals to two behinds and added a further six goals in the second quarter without Wudinna registering a major to lead by 109 points at half-time.
The leaders remained relentless, despite Wudinna getting on the board with six goals.
West Coast won by 133 points to secure its eighth win of the season and stay top by two points.
Central Eyre kept pace thanks to its tougher 10-18 (78) to 6-8 (44) win over Wirrulla.
The Bulldogs led by five points at quarter-time and a big second quarter propelled them to victory.
Five goals to one gave Central Eyre a 32-point advantage at the main break which proved pivotal.
The Bombers fought back with two goals to none in the third quarter, however Central Eyre steadied to win by 34 points.
Western Districts leapfrogged Elliston into third following thei 13-13 (91) to 7-9 (51) success.
The opening two quarters were contrasting as Districts’ led by 24 points at the first break thanks to five goals to one but the Roosters reduced the deficit to seven by half-time.
However, Western Districts broke clear after the break and seven goals to two in the second half gave them a 40-point triumph.
Down at quarter-time, West Coast romped home to win 15-14 (104) to 6-5 (41) against Wudinna in the B grade.
The Hawks remain four points adrift of Central Eyre, who downed Wirrulla 10-9 (69) to 5-6 (36).
The Bulldogs got off to a good start and did not look back to claim the points.
A big second quarter helped Western Districts to a 15-13 (103) to 6-4 (40) victory over Elliston.
Level at quarter-time, the Tigers scored six goals to no points in the second to race away and win.
