CEDUNA Area School hosted its SRC induction assembly in the school gym on Wednesday, February 22.
Student representatives from year 2 up to year 12 were inducted into the role for the upcoming school year.
Governing school council chairperson Tracy Gurney, along with principal Andrew Gravestocks, presented certificates to the new SRC representatives and the students spoke about their role within their section of the school as leaders.
A morning tea then took place in the staff room for students and parents.
Being a part of the SRC committee is a great opportunity for students to take on additional responsibility and to be involved in the decision making processes that help bring about positive changes in the school environment.
