THE Far West Cricket Association is revved up for its first Twenty20 day at Ceduna Area School on Saturday, December 17.
Thevenard, Ceduna, Streaky Bay, Smoky Bay and Penong cricket clubs will all show off their skills.
The day will start at 9:30am with five games played on the top and the bottom ovals.
All teams will play back-toback games at some stage during the day so it will be a good chance to test player’s concentration and fitness levels.
Twenty 20 cricket is a fast and furious format of the game so whether you love your cricket or think that it’s a bit boring this day is a must see – it may just change your opinion of the game.
This year skill levels are on the rise and with every team capable of winning it should be an enthralling day of cricket.
The Far West Junior Cricket Association will run the canteen.
The Far West Cricket Association would like to thank the Ceduna Area School for the use of their facilities and the Far West Juniors Association for their help in what should be a great day full of action.
So bring a deck chair and the kids down to the school ovals and watch some fast, exciting, bash and crash cricket.
