Ceduna Foreshore Hotel won the Australia Port Large Business Award at the SA Great Eyre Peninsula and Western Regional Awards on Tuesday night in Port Lincoln.

Wudinna’s Nippy’s Sport Award was won by Wudinna’s South Australian Freestyle Motor Cross Championships.
It was commended for raising $80,000 for various local sporting clubs, emergency services and the local hospital.
“The competition is recognised as one of Australia’s best and well organised. The event is a mammoth task running on a large community and generous sponsor funded budget, drawing people from all over Australia,” judges said.
Kyancutta resident Ann Olsen was highly commended in the Westpac Community Individual Award for her volunteer work for St John Ambulance and the South Australian Ambulance Service since 1991 and 1992 respectively, currently holding the rank of Superintendent of St John in Lock.
